Grad Night is an ALL night post graduation event for all graduating seniors...NO GUESTS ALLOWED!!!

Grad Night Ticket Process:
NOTE: Register using STUDENT account with a non-school email address.
This is a 3-step process.

2.Pay
3.Print release forms
Step 1: REGISTER
1. Add quantity (1)
2.Click ‘continue registration’
3.Click ‘continue registration’ a 2nd time
4.Click quantity (1) and “ Add to Order” $230.00 (Now you should see product total of $230 in order summary)
5.Click ‘continue to checkout’
6. 2nd box- Choose Check or Cash (for credit card use CASH option) -Ignore 1st box that shows ‘free’. But yes, it should be there)
7. Click ‘Continue’
8.Check all info and Submit
9.ORDER COMPLETE- YOU ARE REGISTERED
Step 2: Pay-(AFTER completing registration)-
If paying by CC, follow instructions below. If paying by cash/check, mail check to: LSHS Grad Night, PO Box 1004, Lake Stevens, WA 98258 or have your senior bring to Grad Night table at lunch.
1.Return to Grad Night Page
2.Click “Make Payment” on left
3.Complete Credit Card information on our Swipe Simple page
4.Submit
Step 3: Forms
1.Return to Grad Night page
2.Click on “grad night forms”
3.Select “senior release form’
4.Print and fill out.
5.ONLY IF you have a life threatening allergy or condition, you will also need to fill out the “emergency care plan’ form. If none, this form is not needed.
NOTES:
Select CHECK if paying by mail or dropping off with a Grad Night Parent
Select CASH if you are paying by credit card or giving cash to a Grad Night Parent
ALL students must sign a GRAD NIGHT WAIVER (regardless of age) or they cannot attend. In addition, if you have any special medical or dietary needs, we need to have an EMERGENCY CARE PLAN on file as well. Please print these out, sign and email to lshsclassof2025@gmail.com or drop it off at the lunch Grad Night table. If you do not have a printer we can provide these for you.
