Once you have chosen your payment method. Please click on the GRAD NIGHT FORMS link below where you made your payment. ALL students must sign a GRAD NIGHT WAIVER (regardless of age) or they do not attend. In addition, if you have any special medical or dietary needs, we need to have an EMERGENCY CARE PLAN on file as well. Please print these out, sign and email to lshsclassof2025@gmail.com or drop it off at the lunch Grad Night table. If you do not have a printer we can provide these for you.
