Lake Stevens High School 2025 Graduation Party Information

The Lake Stevens High School 2025 Graduation Party Committee is looking forward to a fun, safe, and substance-free all-night celebration immediately following the graduation ceremony on Tuesday, June 10, 2025. The following information should answer any questions you may have. It is imperative that both parents/guardians and participating graduates read and understand this.

WHAT IS THE GRADUATION PARTY: Lake Stevens High School 2025 Graduation Party is an opportunity for all seniors to participate in a special evening of celebration, fun and memories. This celebration is not a school sponsored event but has been planned and organized by a parent volunteer committee of the Lake Stevens High School Class of 2025 with input from school personnel. The celebration is designed to provide the Lake Stevens High School Class of 2025 with an avenue for celebrating their successful educational achievement with their classmates in a safe and secure environment.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE: The Graduation Night Celebration is open to all Lake Stevens High School Class of 2025 seniors.  Seniors who have participated with the class, but were not eligible to graduate, are still welcome to attend the party.

WHERE WILL THE GRADUATION PARTY BE HELD: The location of the celebration will be a surprise to the students until they arrive at the site. The Planning Committee will know where the students are at all times. We’ve kept it a surprise for good reason—Safety! This event is for the Class of 2025 only and we do not want any uninvited participants.

WHEN DOES IT TAKE PLACE:  Buses will leave following the completion of the graduation ceremonies back at Lake Stevens High School at 10pm and will return early (BY 6am) the following morning. Please note the timeline to get back to LSHS from Angel of the Winds Event Center to board the buses!

REQUIRED PAPERWORK:  The Senior Release Form (as well as the Emergency Care Plan Form if you have a life-threatening allergy or condition) MUST be turned in before boarding a bus.

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU:

  • Wear comfortable, casual attire, including a warm jacket or long-sleeve sweatshirt.
  • Please wear closed toe shoes (they are required for some events; sandals are discouraged).  Socks are strongly recommended.
  • You may bring a cell phone and charger cord but will be responsible for its safekeeping.
  • Small digital cameras will be allowed
  • Any medical needs (e.g. Epi-pen, insulin, inhaler, etc.)

WHAT NOT TO BRING:

  • No purses, bags or backpacks. If you choose to bring them, they will be held for you and returned at the end of the event.
  • No money is needed.
  • No food or beverages (unless you have a life-threatening condition and have made other arrangements with the Graduation Party Committee).
  • There will be zero tolerance for tobacco, alcohol, drugs or weapons of any kind. Also, participants shall conduct themselves in an adult manner and shall follow any and all directions issued by representatives of the Graduation Party Committee, representatives of the event site, representatives of vendors or any security personnel. In the event a participant is found in possession of a banned substance or weapon, or whose conduct is unbecoming, they shall be immediately removed from the celebration event. The person(s) listed as a contact will be notified and will be responsible for the immediate transportation of the participant from the celebration with no refund issued.

PERSONAL MEDICATIONS: Any student needing to take medications during the event will need to indicate this on the medical release form and check the medication in with a Graduation Party Committee representative before graduation. Medications should be in a prescription container marked with the student’s name. Please place the container in a zip lock bag, marked with the student’s name, along with a signed note by the parent with specific dispensing instructions.  Seniors with ECP’s know they are to keep their supplies with them at all times.
